When I reached my quota, I sometimes have to work on additional quota for the team even though the outcome was brought by my dedicated work. It always kills me and I am depressed and very upset.

I know there is no fairness in the world, but such fairness needs to be considered. At least, I always cannot help having strong opinion in those cases.
